I have 10 years of experience teaching people from diverse backgrounds how to use and troubleshoot their technology. I know how to make complex tech feel manageable and approachable.
In 2024, I presented "Tech Help with Empathy: A Human Connection" at the Ontario Library Association Conference, focusing on the importance of empathy when teaching technology to seniors and understanding the intersectionality of their lives and challenges.
